Trekking in Mt. Everest Region
Mt. Everest Easy and short trek

A Religion about awakening yourself
The Barun Valley Makalu trek is in the eastern part of Nepal which is relatively remote and hardly offers you any modern facilities and amenities but blessed with incredible scenery, flora and fauna, tropical, sub-tropical, temperate, alpine and sub-alpines. The National park is the home to a rich variety of wildlife. The attraction of this trek is Makalu Barun National Park and conservation area; besides stunning scenery of Mt. Makalu 8463m, which is world fifth High Mountain. To highlight this trek, one could call it rich natural paradise in terms of mountains, pristine forest, varieties of plants, animal lives, and hospitable people. The Barun Valley is part of huge international protected area under an agreement between China and Nepal. The Makalu Barun National Park was established in 1992 as Nepal's 8th National park. The park is of 2330sq.km bordered by the Arun River in the east and the Sagarmatha National Park in the west. Barun Valley is a sanctuary for wild animals such as wolves, lynx, fox and the elusive snow leopard. Our descent into the pine and rhododendron forest from the Barun Valley takes us past the lower Barun Glacier and into the Makalu basin and to Tumlingtar. After experiencing all these you reach to Mt. Makalu Base camp at 5000 meter, which pays you off your entire hard trek. The tea houses are limited in the area and camping trek is only the possible solution to explore this.
