Gokyo Lake Trekking

The trek to Gokyo provides an excellent opportunity to see an eyeful view of the Mt. Everest at close range. This trek is to be considered as an alternative trek to the traditional Everest Base Camp trek that offers magnificent view of the mountain peaks and the Ngozumpa Glacier- the longest among Nepalese Himalayas. The Gokyo Valley offers the most spectacular view of the Everest region.

We have a recommended itinerary for you; however, this can be modified and changed as per your requirement

Day 01: Our airport representative meets you at the airport and escorts  to the hotel.
Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley.
Day 03: Kathmandu - > Lukla (2840m), fly 30 mins, and trek to Phakding (2640m), 4 hrs
Day 04: Phakding - > Namche Bazaar (3440m), 6 hrs
Day 05: Namche Bazaar - > rest day for acclimatization
Day 06: Namche ->  Phortse Dranga (3800m), 5 hrs
Day 07: Phortse Dranga ->  Machhermo (4410m), 6 hrs
Day 08: Machhermo - > Gokyo (4750m), 5 hrs
Day 09: Gokyo ->  visit Gokyo Ri (5340m), 4 hrs
Day 10: Gokyo ->  Dole (4040m), 5 hrs
Day 11: Dole- > Namche
Day 12: Namche ->  Lukla (2840m), 7 hrs
Day 13: Lukla -> Kathmandu , 30 minutes flight
Day 14: Departure to your home (you conclude your treks here)


We include in the price you have paid us:
*Airport pick-up and drop in a luxurious vehicle, *provide you with a local SIM card to communicate (If your cell phone does not accept the local SIM, we then give you cell phone set too), and internet wireless password for the places you need and it works, *3 nights on BB plan in 3-4 star category hotel in Kathmandu, * breakfast, lunch, dinner, lemon water, tea/coffee during trek, * provided with male/female Guide and porter depending on your requirements,  *TIM cards and government other related fees are taken care of,  * we also usually do a farewell dinner for you by in the place you would probably like.

We are out from you here:
*Your food and drinks (eg. Beer or whisky drinks) in Namche or in Kathmandu, and during trek other than mentioned, *Your Travel Insurance which is what you have back home already, *Tourist Entry Visa upon arrival in Kathmandu airport, *matter related your enjoyment, Tips to waiter, alcohol, laundry, and of course your shopping, Expenses occurred due to natural disaster, protest, flight delay, and things out of our hand. We do our best to get out of the situation but we will not take responsibility of your financial loss, destruction, and theft.

**Note: We are happy to offer a complementary to the group leader with above 10 people. We opt not to  put price tag on any of our itineraries  because some of you would want to stay less than 3 star hotels or some more than, some would want to prolong their journey connecting to Jungle safari to white water rafting and stay few days in Kathmandu or some of you want shorten their trip.
